Venison carpaccio, pickled beetroot, smoked onion & parsnip

Jerusalem artichoke, Stilton, walnuts & Port

Cod, salmon & celeriac croquette, lemon butter & capers


Pheasant breast, Swede, Brussel sprouts, chestnuts & pancetta

Grilled sea bass, cauliflower, leeks & almonds

Dexter short rib, root vegetable gratin, sprouting broccoli & horseradish


Chocolate fondant & gingerbread ice cream

Quince & almond tart, crème fraiche

Christmas rice pudding, winter fruits & pistachio
